You can personally bring a parcel to our warehouse in Roselle, NJ, or use one of our partner’s drop-off points. The driver radius of the company covers 200 miles from our main warehouse in Roselle, including the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Connecticut, and all areas of New York. If you are in remote states, we recommend using FedEx services to send cargo to the warehouse.
Prohibited items for shipment
We draw your attention to the list of items that are prohibited from shipment. This includes firearms, explosive and radioactive materials, drugs, live animals, medical equipment, medicines, alcohol, tobacco products, and other hazardous or forbidden items. Customs regulations
We remind that it is possible to receive international parcels valued up to 150 euros and weighing up to 50 kg without paying customs duties. Shipments exceeding these limits are subject to customs duty (10%) and VAT (20%) on the amount exceeding the limit.
